"When I arrived after a long drive, the office staff called housekeeping to check the availability of a room. I was able to check-in two hours early and appreciate the kind accommodation. The only issue I had was noisy people in the room above me walking back and forth at night and early morning. I would request a second floor room in the future. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and stores in San Carlos and well-priced. "
