"Friendly staff, large rooms, even though it was a bit of a walk from the sites, it was safe neighborhood and had access to public transportation. We took a bus from the train station to the hotel. Room was clean, hot water was nice and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. AC and TV in room worked. "

"The location is excellent. It’s just a very short walk to the Mosque-Cathedral and the Alcázar. It is also surrounded by shops and eateries. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

We had to contact the property more than 24 hours before check-in to receive instructions and then told that instructions would be provided through WhatsApp, an app that we did not use. "It's family owned hotel. 10days in Spain but this is the first hotel offering compliment water and juice in the room fridge. They have kettle, microwave and free coffee/tea in the lobby. Room is really clean and comfortable. I will stay again next time."
