"This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."

"Cons. Washroom was terrible.. Iron water...yellow water Shower was not working.. Hot water was irregular.. they was charging extra for room heater and tea. Pros Good view..room was nice.."
