"Booked this hotel and upon arrival it was closed. It took hotels.com 3!!!! Hours for find an alternative, mostly I was asked to be patient while they tried to find me alternative. Poor service and very limited accountability. Initially I was suggested to cancel the booking. I refused as it was night, dark and I was on the street for 3hours after the supervisor got involved in the finally got an alternative room in a near by hotel. "Positives: good location, bed was ok Negatives : dirty shower curtain, hose and shower head ifelt cleaner before shower tbh, reported few problems on first day only 1 was sorted, couple of 1 inch trip hazards to be aware of, shortage of towels, tbh agent was not bothered"
