"I stayed for 1 night (across 2 days) and overall had a mixed experience. The digital key system made coming and going really convenient, and the shared lobby area was great – spacious, comfortable, and with a lovely view. However, the bathrooms let the experience down a bit. The soap and body wash dispensers were empty the whole time I was there. "Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."
