"We stay here for 6 days 4 of which we had no hot water. Everyday they said the hot water would be on the next day, well 4 days went by without hot water. The place is rundown and dirty, and it smells really bad. The manager of this hotel said they would refund us at least 2 days, surprise we received nothing from this hotel. "Pretty run down property. Doors were difficult to lock, looked as though they had been broken into, as well as the window screen. Joseph at front desk was helpful. Others on staff were too busy on their phones or smoking outside the main entrance to bother helping us.
