"The tv was not working but good for one day stop"

"The check in staff were very nice. This is a motel type of establishment. The room was musty smelling but I turned the air down right away. Room was very clean. Older furniture but in good repair. Microwave and fridge in room. "

"Everything was as stated in ads. Customer service could improve. I think a customer in front of you takes precedence over a phone call. Desk clerk did not even acknowledge 2 people waiting. The phone customer should have been told the situation, other live customers waiting, and then given a choice for a call back or a possible few minutes hold. The desk clerk was polite and friendly enough just needs some etiquette training. "

"Hotel very close to. I-26 so if your room is facing that side there is road noise. Hotel is. 3.5 years old and very nice , clean and staff is welcoming . Close to shopping . Getting in out of that area can be busy. "

"The staff was the best part of the stay. The whole property seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Flat surfaces were sticky, carpet wss stained and sticky. Trash in the tub drain. The stay was so bad I left a day early. It was worth losing a hundred dollars to not staay another night."
