"Didn't like I could not reserve the shuttle for the next morning after check in. Was no one was scheduled for the 4 am time needed to get to the airport. When we came down the next morning the shuttle was pulling up. We had already reserved a Lyft ride, could not cancel."

"The hotel was clean and I appreciated the security features. The entrance is a little weird having to go through a gas station to get to it, but that wasn't a deal breaker. There were a lot of homeless people wandering around when we drove up and that made me a little nervous, but the hotel has security features in place that definitely set my mind at ease once we were inside. The room was clean and comfortable and the check in clerk was friendly. Overall a good experience for the money."

"The front desk was awesome. The room was overall specious but stuffy, stains on the sheets and mattress. They need discard sheets with stains. They also need to have air refreshners."

"Overall, really nice stay. Perfectly clean rooms, very friendly staff, yummy breakfast, comfortable beds, and really convenient location to the airport. The 2 queens room doesn't really leave room for bags (tight quarters), but it wasn't a big issue. I would stay again."

No rooms were ready and I checked in after 4pm didn’t get in my room until 5:45 pm, took over an hour to check in and fir rooms to be cleaned . Room has roaches , had stove but no pots or utensils , there wasn’t any trash cans provided and in the room or rug /enough towels for bathroom .
