They work had to see that you have a nice stay and they are very helpful. The food is so so and the dining area is small but they will try to help as much a possible."

The only problem which my friend is not happy because of NO LIFT. He needed to climb up and down using the staircase. He nagged me few days about it. It is very conveniently located to both the airport (10 minutes by taxi) and the cable car stop for Tianmen Mountain (10 minutes walking or 3 by taxi). It was comfortable, clean, and far enough away from the road to avoid loud noises. The staff also helped me to solve a booking issue at no extra charge."
