"Dirty disgusting room 20 avoid at all cost"

"Very clean room and quiet. Plenty of parking. The restaurant had a good choice of meals and also a good breakfast selection"

"Very welcoming staff. Room was tidy. Some refurbishment work going on but didn’t affect the stay and I guess because of the same reason no hot breakfast was available."

"Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too."

"Quaint cottages, very friendly host. Great amenities, there was a small log cabin room outside with a microwave etc in it for everyone's use. Amazing value for money. Comfortable bed."

"Very good location and spacious room. Information about parking can be clearer."

"Clean room, the room was lovely. I enjoyed my stay. I live in Coventry, but I just came to visit the guesthouse for fun. Just felt like changing my environment for one day visit.Thank you."

"This is not a hotel. It is a house that rents rooms out. That said, it was clean and fine for a one night stay. I was not sent check in instructions, so I had to call them when I arrived to see how to access my room."

"For the money it was nice Unfortunately the shower didn’t work but they did try to rectify this as fast as possible Would stay again for the money was good"

"Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE"

"Dit was een verschrikking in Een gevaarlijke buurt en het was dubbel verhuurd Geen verder contact mogelijk en geen geld terug gekregen DIT moet gestopt worden En als nog mijn geld terug krijgen"

"I felt unsafe staying here as a lone female traveller and would not recommend it to anyone travelling alone - the only think that made me feel better was barricading the door with the chair in the room as the lock was loose "

"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

"The rooms were poorly appointed with no TV's as a basic. Not cleaned, toe nails on the carpets, broken windows on the ground floor which wouldn't close, making the rooms insecure to break in. Drugs left behind from previous occupants. Toilet paper in the toaster which was a random one? We booked a 2 night stay but left after the first night. I have been asking for a refund under the circumstances for the 2nd night but communication has stopped. Would definitely not book again"

"I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

"Most hospitable and friendly. Great value for money. Great location and would book again. Thanks for the stay."
