"Great house with a great location on Bass Lake. We met as a family for Thanksgiving and picked this location due to its proximity to Yosemite. It is is about a 20 minute drive to the South entrance and about another 45-60 minutes to the valley floor. "This is a very cute charming cabin. Very clean with an adorable coffee nook. Great patio for summer time and short distance to town . Kitchen is stocked with new appliances. Great space for kids upstairs once you put the mattresses on the floor, the springs were noisy . Two great comfortable rooms down stairs. Would rent again . "My family and I had a lovely stay at Sunset Retreat. You can tell the house has been remodeled recently. It was pet friendly yet still very clean, which my dog and I appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and there were lots of linens, blankets, pillows available. The only thing was the top bunk did not have the rails put on, so I didn't feel comfortable with my children using the top bunk and one of the trundles on the pull-out couch in the loft was broken.
