"Great stay in a great location"

"The place was very dirty and dingy. The towels provided were only hand towels and the shower didn’t have a shower curtain so everything got wet. "

"Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "

The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. "The hotel is located very close to route 8 subway station, which goes all the way to down town Shanghai, with just one train ride. The breakfast has a good mix of western and Chinese food. Staffs are all very nice, with new facility and clean environment. I have been stayed there many times, and would recommend it without hesitation, thanks!"
