"A wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, staffs are amazing especially Ms Lourdes who always assist and accommodate us what we need like airport shuttle, activity package etc. Place is near to the beach, small shops, restaurants & ebikes are near by. "

"Overbooked and no manager to talk to, instead staff placed us in a less than adequate place which is up on the third floor so we had to take the stairs and poor location far from beach and not of same caliber as described on website. The original place itself is awful not as described "
