"Lovely little hotel tucked away but in a great location for exploring Nice especially the Old Town and only 10 mins walk to the train station to travel along the coast to Antibes or Monaco at a very reasonable price. Staff were very warm and friendly but still professional. The Hug coffee shop next door is a little gem with great coffee and cake as well as offering a delicious ‘petit dejeuner’ and the bonus is you get a discount as a hotel resident and again lovely friendly service. "

Second, the reservation mention it was already paid by gift card but the owner of the hotel just don't accpet this kind of payment from Hotels.com and need to pay all the fee to finish the check-in for booking. Some facility in the room was broken and not fixed. The wall has al hole and also some hole on the roof in the bath room. Very bed experience in this B&B hotel compare to other B&B...

"You cannot beat the price for the location. I was in town for a conference and everywhere I needed to be was a 3 minute walk away plus the beach is so close. It's an odd set up with my room being literally by the reception desk and I was concerned that would be noisy but it wasn't. In fact, as my room was at the rear of the property, it was so quiet at night (even when local bars were still in full flow`). For me, the only negative was the room only had one plug socket which isn't ideal as...

"The hotel itself is nice. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and the neighborhood is residential and business mixed. Very close to the Sagrada Familia and to transportation, many restaurants to choose from and easy access to the other parts of the city. Very nice."
