When the number on the sign was called the owner or whoever worked there said they would arrive in 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes from the time I arrived until someone showed up. "Great little house to stay at it’s in the middle of everything 10 mins from Lawton 10 mins from ft sill and 10 mins from the visitor center wildlife refuge center. Definitely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting and wanna get away from the big city and enjoy nature "

"Construction materials were stacked in and around the entry area—work continued into the early evening. The office area had an acrid odor—similar to Southern Asia. The facility’s furniture was too large for the room. Additionally, furniture items were seemingly procured from former motel/hotels after their renovation. I will not stay again. I recommend avoidance for the discerning traveler."
