"The reason why I am sharing one star is because the hotel did not accept Expedia booking even after pre-payment and asked me to pay full amount once again to stay there and I had to as I cannot take back the money from Expedia at Mid night on 5-Nov-2025"

"I checked into the room as it is closer to airport at about 9 pm. I checked out by 9.10 pm as the sheets were stained, pillows seemed dusty and I could see cockroaches in the room. This was a strict no no for me. At the reception they did state that they could help with room change but I was completely put off. Bathroom looked clean though"

"i was a bit skeptical on this booking but surprise surprise.. its a small hotel with everything you need. There is no food etc at the property but you don't need one... restaurants are right next to the place. Laundry service was spot on, priced well. Service boys are sincere and go the extra mile to help you. "
