"OUR ROOM WINDOW WAS ABOUT 5 METRES AWAY FROM MAIN GATE. FROM 5 AM IN THE MORNING , TILL AFTER 12PM AT NIGHT THAT GATE OPEN AND CLOSES WITH A MASSIVE NOICE. NO REST WHAT SO EVER. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. NO SERVICE IN 7 DAYS . TOWELS ONE PER PERSON AND NO HAIRDRYER OR POOL TOWELS. DONT THINK I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF ITS FOR A HOLIDAY, AND YOU WANT TO REST . BUSINESS TRIP WILL MAYBE A DIFFERENT STORY. PARKING WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE PERMANENT RESIDENTS . BODYCORPORATE WANTED TO CLAMP OUR WHEELS...

"Very neat room with all the necessary amenities and great that its situated only five minutes from the beach. Disappointed that nowhere on the Bella Mia's hotels.com page was it indicated that our accommodation would be a self catering unit which meant that the room got dirty for instance our full dustbin was not emptied"
