"Excellent staff IMHO. The Concord International is a tourist hotel, and it's alright. The rooms were decent, and the hotel service was good. NOTE: There was no hot water in the bathroom. A the hotel entrance, there was a coffee shop. During the day, they serve a limited but nice food menu. At night, the waitresses and other women working there try to stiff you for every dinar you've got. Don't go to the coffee shop at night!
