"No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. "Didnt look like it at first but a very nice hotel. The rooms very great and lopked very nice. Even though it was hard to understand the staff who didnt talk english we managed and it was a very pleasent stay. "
