"Excellent hotel condition, professional staffs and great breakfast spread."

"very convenient, easy to look for food and shopping mall is nearby"

"lovely room with nice view. Staff were very polite and attentive. Will be my first choice of hotel when in Kota Bharu "

"Wonderful property! Great staff, scrumptious breakfast and great location!!"

"Clean room with basic amenities. Breakfast was simple with western and local selections."

"Very good hotel in Kota Bharu city. Great location, great breakfast, great service, with good free parking "

"Avoid superior room 206, the toilet flush was not functioning. There were holes on the rather seasoned blanket. The TV too was very old, provided very limited number of channels."

"A comfortable stay but will require renewal as it does appear rundown as it is an old building. good for a short stay over for business or before moving on to the final destination"

"Situated right at the main street, thus very very loud (troughout the whole night). It was hard to get some sleep! Bed sheet with some stains and charcoal is used as room odour which is pretty weird for us as Europeans"

"Average experience, okay for quick stay"

"The bedsheet look dirty and also the floor is sticky "

"Close to where i wanna go plus breakfast provided. So its easier to eat early in the morning"

"The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before). There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within...

"I didnt check in. From outside, the hotel looks so scary and horrible. Poor maintainance. The shoplot is all for rent/sale. Only 1 car outside the hotel. "

"The location (apartment unit) is great, not to from interesting place."

"Just for working trip only"

"Staff jaga parking friendly. Everything love it. "
