"We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? "Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Dirty, smelly, yellowish and smelly towels. Bed linens are yellowish. Wall paints are peeling and yellowish, window frame has problem closing the pane. Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Slow service. I do not know what happened to this hotel. It was the best accommodation in Bromo 30 years ago. "
