"I was told I did not have a booking for two nights. We were exhausted and had been traveling for two days and thankful it driver had not left and was kind enough to help us find a place to stay. This is unacceptable! I would like a full refund of my payment. "

The breakfast was fresh and delicious and I was very grateful for the strong coffee and chilled fruit. I am in Telavi occasionally and will happily return here when I am."

"The management is friendly and very hospitable .Management frequently checked to see if I needed anything. They arranged for my airport shuttle - ia a private driver as My arrival time was very early in the morning 4am. The unit we had was very clean. All area kitchen, bathroom , bedroom were well maintained ( immaculate) I would definetly return and stay there again. They are improving the facility and what I saw - these will add to the experience there"
