"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und es war immer ein Ansprechpartner da. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war der Baulärm und damit phasenweise die Geruchsbelästigung aus der Umgebung, zu dem die sehr bedürftigen Straßenverzeichnise. Aber dafür kann man das Hotel selber nicht verantwortlich machen. SummaSummarum ... Daumen hoch!"

Staff hardly speak English I booked online through Expedia then I got there was asked to pay again .. bad management and cannot sleep due to bar bieng too close to the bedrooms blasting music and noise coming from drunk people beds are so uncomfortable and space is very small … had to leave after finding another hotel 6 hours later as they were demanding me to pay again "

"I would give this hotel zero stars. We arrived about 2 am as we had arranged in advance through hotels.com. We tried to contact the hotel directly but they don't have a working phone number or website. It's in a slummy area, which fits the hotel itself. Our taxi driver got the gate keeper to let us in but he couldn't make the whiny female manager get out of bed to give us a room. After a lot of pounding on her door and phone calls by the gate keeper and our taxi driver, she finally came out...

"The staff was quite friendly, but they were not equipped to handle needs and repairs. Almost everywhere we turned, things were broken and didn't work--lights, door latches, tv remotes, ceiling fans. The beach was absolutely filthy, with garbage piling up and even washing onto the grounds each high tide and not being picked up right away. Food poisoning from the restaurant ended up with us at a clinic. Terrible experience"

"Entrance to Hotel is through a bylane. Internet was not available in.the room. Later hotel staff when protested provided a modem to use. Breakfast is not good. Until midnight loud music is played in the vicinity. Hence could not sleep. Expedia may avoid listing this type of Hotel."

"Several issues with my room, most important being no hot water or wifi as they have stated in their ad. They also say they have an airport shuttle for 15USD each way, that is incorrect as the guy changed his mind and charged me 25USD. Would never recommend this hotel, you're better off paying an extra $5 somewhere else."

"Value? Good , friendly and helpful staff and management . Its basic, no frills but that is reflected in the price. Singles? Not really family or couple friendly. More for singles, or couples who dont mind a no frills experience. Bar/grill near the rooms, so if your looking for peace n quiet perhaps look somewhere else. Things to do: Quite far from town, but staff will get you a taxi (ask for a Bolt), as theres not much to do or see in the immediate area "

"I arrived at the hostel in the morning and they kindly let me check in as there was a bed available. All of the staffs were very kind and willing to help me. The room was very spacious, clean and had nice air-conditioning throughout the day. They had nice rooftop where you can talk with your friends, and eat breakfast and dinner.
