"This is a good, solid probably 2- or 3-star hotel located not far from the Pireaus Port itself and the ferries to the Cyclades islands (this being the reason we chose it). "Friendly staff Lovely modern, big and clean room, though no door on the shower left the bathroom floor wet every time we showered. Good breakfast. The blanket was thin, but the aircon heating/cooling worked perfectly. Only downside is that the area is rather dicey unfortunately. We certainly did not feel comfortable going out after dark, and even during daylight there were a lot of homeless people in the neighbourhood."

"This is an older hotel and lacked some of the facilities of modern hotels but then it has charm and character that the modern ones wouldn't. It was clean and the staff were helpful. It was very convenient for the railway for me as I was staying overnight between the airport and port (in both directions). For such a central location, it was fantastic value for money. "
