"The property is super hard to find and parking is not good as your parking in a small alley….the roof pool was nice but nothing special.the hotel was in a good location for markets and walking street and the bed was good……ask for a special card to keep the air conditioning on while your not there as the key card keeps the power on…if not the room will be crazy hot"

"They made me take a room that was not cleaned. There were hair in the bed and under the sheets when I checked in. There is no wifi. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. And the lady at reception was upset that I was asking for these things. There was hair stuck in the shower drain too which she cleaned when I asked but as for the sheets on the bed, she said I ca cancel my reservation and leave!! It was almost 1am when I had checked in because of delayed flights and with no wifi on the...

"Staff were amazing! Love the location. It’s away from the busy beach area,15mins to the beach. There are restaurants around and 711 not far. 3-5min walk. Safe to walk at night. Room were clean. Just the bathroom have that sewer smell which is probably all Thailand area lol Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Blue Palm Residence Kata"
