"Hotel's WiFi did not work. That was very frustrating ..they physically brought an ethernet cable and asked me to connect to the laptop with it ..so antiquated. To start with, we visited the hotel and chose the room we wanted to stay. We came back a few hours later and that room was allocated to somebody else. Then we hear stories about the AC was not working but the other guest was ok with it, etc. Complete fiction. Once the room was allocated the WiFi did not work. We moved rooms the next...

"Check in process takes a lot of time. Had booked 3 rooms but only 2 were available. The guy who checked us in was grumpy and was not courteous. They had double booked and asked us to take a Rapido to another building of theirs. They did upgrade 1 room. Bathroom and toilet have no partitions. There is a power socket in the shower area. "
