"The auberge is located in the old. Town within easy walking distance of all the amenities. The restaurant was very good and the restaurant staff were lovely. We stayed with our little dog and it was lovely that he could be with us in the restaurant "

"My third visit to Le Catinat Fleuri was very pleasant. The sunny dining room and the copious breakfast are a good start to the day. The room was comfortable and quiet with a good view of the garden and the local hills."

"This is a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, helping to take our luggages. However, an hotel with 3 stories should have an elevator. We were on the top floor. The room was a good size and clean. This was a quick stop on our way to Nice so the location was not important which is a good thing because it was not close to much."

"Characterful but basic Chalet hotel. Perfect base for walking. The owner was a fantastic host - he explained the evening meal (local produce, excellent and cooked by his wife) in great detail.He also explained the available wines and, of course, the history of Chatreause. As we were leaving the next morning, he insisted we drive to the end of the valley before we continued South - wow! It was really worth it with stunning mountain scenery."

"I had a weeks stay here at short notice over Christmas. The team here are incredibly helpful and can provide useful information on the local area and activities. The standards of cleanliness are very good, I have stayed in 4 star hotels that did not maintain such levels. I believe based on the modernisation downstairs that this could turn into a hidden gem with suffice support."
