"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. "Great location. However the hotel is very run down. we had only cold water in bathroom sink, hot water did not work. Shower had a instant heater that bearly worked. Internett did not work. We tried the restaurant one evening - poor quality. Better go for the restaurants in town or the take-aways that can be great."
