"Water stopped working first night - pretty bad."

"Hotel reception was presentable, but the hallway on each floor was really old /dirty. All rooms, except one on 4th floor , without windows. Therefore there’s mead smell as we walked in, even though the room was clean with wood/plastic floor. We paid extra to get room with window, which helped a lot. Receptionist was very courteous and accommodating whatever we requested. We had to ask for everything incl housekeeping, water bottles, etc…we should not expect for more with the price we had paid...

"The hotel is right in the center of the nightlife/backpacker district. Easy to get tours, food and drinks, shopping etc. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is good. The rooftop area has a great view of the surrounding areas. This is my second stay here at the hotel. I didn't hesitate about booking here again. Budget room has no windows, but is clean, well ventilated and aircon is good. If I want a view, I can sit in peace on the rooftop balcony and watch the hustle and bustle beneath."

"This is one of the most unique and interesting places I have stayed at- not just in Asia but anywhere in the world. There is a group of lovely single family homes / Villas sitting on a mountain top. The grounds are clean and covered with flowers of all types and colors. Very spacious room with incredible view. Minutes from Dalat by Car, Motorcycle, Motorbike, or Scooter. "Easily one of the best value-for-money hotels I've ever stayed with. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful (they don't speak very good English however). The cafe downstairs serve affordable coffee and food (not the best in Vietnam in terms of quality though). The room is huge, with decently clean bathroom (those used to bath curtains will be disappointed however). "This place was great all around. The owners were super friendly and accommodating, the place was brand new, clean, and spacious. It was removed from the street so it was more quiet than other places. All in all, we were grateful we found it, especially after having stayed in a couple of other places in Da Lat."
