"Top floor has live music at night and great prices drinks and food. Food, great quality and staff is most helpful and positive! Improvement, there is old caulking and some messy grout in shower and around the toilet floor, which causes some areas to grow mold in the caulking.Caulking should be replaced. Otherwise very helpful, lovely staff and convenient location from airport!!"

Free shuttle to and from the airport. wifi was extra fast except during the storm hours. clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast food is also excellent. Location is great as well, 6 minute to the airport and near major embassies and museums and city center, very safe."

I should not have had to pay for an upgrade considering the room I booked was not ready. The room was not clean and I had to request the room be cleaned. The room door was broken also. I was told it would be fixed that day, and two days passed and it was not fixed. The staff was kind. They were willing to help get things in place, but they should have...

Top of off, my phones were stolen, I originally thought that I left them in my friends car. When asked to see the security tapes, the manager viewed them with my friend standing there not allowing him to see and asked him to come back the next day. None of it made since, this place is a tourist worst nightmare. "
