"Good hotel for the weekend. Breakfast was in the cafe which was lovely. Room was quite newly refurbished and all you needed for the weekend. "

Other than that, the service provided was attentive and the staff was well informed so passed on relevantbtips for us. The garage availability was a blessing for keeping our belongings out of the public eye."

Struggled to get hot water either morning and given an old property it's not well sealed from internal noise. For the price, it's good value. "

"Although check in seemed a little confusing at first - You just need to go to the first floor and knock one of the two doors that open to reception eventually. After that it was quite easy to check in. The place was very clean it was reasonably priced and the people they were very friendly. There was a salon where you could make tea / coffee heat up meals in the microwave if you wish and a a table to sit at with cutlery plates et cetera provided."

"We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!"

"We booked this hotel mainly because al other hotels were booked already. This is the basic hotel and has all the necessary amendities to spend several days there. The location is very good - right next to the beach and surf school. There are several supermarkets in the walking distance. The hotel has a laundry, but does not have Wi-Fi. I must note that the bed mattress is very comfortable there, so provides a good rest after a long day. The side facing the street is relatively noisy all day and...
