Then I found in my assigned room, a sock next to a chair that was not mine...not sure how long it had been there. I threw it away. These are the highlights."

This one was no different, the lady that checked us in at like 11pm at night on Thursday was exceptionally sweet and helpful, and the rest of the staff was great too.
