"Das Zimmer und auch das Frühstück waren in Ordnung.
Aufgrund der Lautstärke aus dem Nebenzimmer
bis kurz nach Mitternacht konnte ich nicht schlafen. Trotz Beschwerde beim Nachtportier passierte nichts.
An der Rezeption war es kalt, die Heizung war nicht an. Der Nachtportier hat mit einer Decke gesessen.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schlecht. Es kam nur ganz wenig Wasser heraus. "

"The entrance to our room was really old fashioned and extravagant (which I loved) then when we got to the room it was quite modern as it was a bedsit style room with a tv, fridge/freezer and a kingsize bed also a fan was provided as it was still quite warm during our stay."

"If you're booking a hostel to have a shower and sleep, I'd recommend booking elsewhere! This place fails at both.
The bed is a cheap foam mattress, that was full of lumps and totally squashed on one side. This resulted in sleeping on about 40cm of mattress and even then i could feel the wood slats underneath.
The shower is a joke. Temperature is set to 31°. Freezing cold, but that's ok, because when you press the 'eco friendly' water button, it stays on for a whole 3 seconds! So you have to...
