"Friendly staff, clean suite, nice view to the sea, excellent location"

"The staff at this hotel is amazing! Everyone is so nice and go above and beyond to help. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are clean and have all you need, and the hotel is two blocks away from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here!"

"We loved being right on the beach, and the area wasn’t busy which was lovely. At night, the noise levels were very high as the road is right there and it sounded like our windows were open when they would drive past. However, the staff were friendly and helped us call a taxi in the morning to catch our ferry. "

"Lovely apartment, basic but had everything we needed. Good location, with multiple beaches within 10 minute walk. "

"Comfortable room, WiFi, friendly staff, close to the beach, lots of on site parking or nearby. Perfect stay."

"Excellent location and lovely friendly staff who were extremely helpful both before and during the trip. Breakfast was excellent with different Greek food cooked freshly each morning- also great Greek yogurt! Alcon’s was a little small, but this varied with each apartment. Some ground floor rooms had lovely outdoor seating areas. I would highly recommend staying here."

"It was close to the beach,, very clean, lovely pool, quiet, and central"

"This is a good value property for the area although the rooms are dated. The staff are excellent and the hotel has an excellent bar in the evening."

"Lovely apartments with an ideal central location. Staff were very helpful and polite, would book again. "

"Great apartments and great location. Right near the beach and restaurants and supermarkets near by. Property was always clean and enough room for us. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"The receptionist was very kind and attentive. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay."

"Friendly, family driven hotel with a pool and next to several beaches. The family-members were all very friendly. Thanks to the son Paris for helping is buying bus tickets from a greek webpage and for receiving my friends’ driving license, which was sent from Denmark."

"Had a great holiday hotel alroud really great great beach view room well worth it with great views and sunsets. Rooms are very generous and spacious with good alround facilities in bathroom from shower gel, soap dressing gowns. Well done the team at the Medusa our greeting great although late at night and equally great from staff both on the reception and cleaners. Thanks for your welcome and home from home on our 2 week holiday."

"This was an excellent location & stay. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay here. It has a nice homely feel to it, & the staff is very kind."

"Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Très bonne petit hôtel familiale avec une hôtellerie à taille humaine. Seul bémol suite a un souci de réservation. Avec expédia, nous avons était délogé dans un autre hôtel à mi sejour. Certes un hotel de qualité supérieur en all inclusive mais le charme et le service d’un hôtel familiale n’y était pas. Dommage. Mais si je dois revenir je choisis de nouveau Oasis hôtel. Mais je reviendrai quàd l’aeroport sera agrandi."

"Really lovely stay in this beautiful spot."

"The staff was awesome Maria at the front desk!!! Very friendly and professional "

"Very friendly staff, cozy little apartment very close to Rethymno. We asked for breakfast on the second day and we got enough food for breakfast and dinner that day. The Apartments are a bit hidden in a very narrow street which was at the beginning difficult to find, but once there, was actually convenient with a spacious parking lot for guests."

"Excellent service and value for money, staff very friendly and great location. The beach was 2 minutes walk from gardens at the rear and a stunning sea view from the apartment. Would highly recommend"

"Very, very noisy place off the main street. Took 10 min to unlock the lockbox, there was no key on table, didn’t know which room was mine. Room big but nowhere to put things on, blinds fell off upon attempt to pull them up, impossible to stand straight in shower (in tub), leaves the entire bath flooded, no trash can, no mugs, lots of mosquitos, no light on back terrace. Nicely renovated (with unfitting very cheap Ikea stuff) charming old property, but only for the young indifferent party crowd....
