"Showed up ( with our confirmation) and no staff at the counter , a half dozen people waiting, and just a number to call to inform us that they double booked our rooms and we had no place to stay for the night. Can’t prove it but we were all pretty sure there were staff in the back hiding and just not wanting to talk to us face to face. Pitiful!! I know things happen but dang own up to it."

"Staff was really nice. Was able to park right in front of my room which was great for loading in and out. Room was just ok. A little dingy with broken plugs and stained floor but bathroom was pretty clean. Nice big fridge. No coffee maker in room. Security lock on the door was broken, so didn’t feel particularly safe as solo female traveler. Ended up checking out early and booking a different hotel with a safer vibe. Although this was about what you’d expect for the price point. "
