"This was our secomd time staying at the Ocean House and just like the first time we were placed on the 2nd floor and yet again the lift broke down. This was a disappointment as the climb up can feel tiring... that said, the best aspect of our stay was the tentative and excellent customer service from Nicolas! He is hard working and always smiling. The accommodation its self was nice and the main double bed is exceptionally comfortable. The beach is in walking distance and the hotel offers bikes...

"Quiet place in the busy city. Spacious room with all the amanities. Does not have A/C. The bed is very comfortable. Small toilet area and bathroom area. Very close to the train station. Like 5 minutes walking distance. Clean place. "

"Right in middle of everything . Small room but perfect for what u need. Nice comfy bed, bathroom/shower, TV. No a/c but room did have fan kept room fresh. Across there’s a pub, a lot of food options in walking distance. 7 min walk from Leiden Central Station. Very pleasant stay. "

Also Talking To The City Host and Was Shocked At The Amount Of Knowledge He Gave About What’s Good For Food, Drinks, Themed Bars Ect. I Was Very Much impressed. My Friends Want To Go Over There Hopefully Next Year, So I Know Where We’re Staying, The City Hub Hotels Really Do Deliver. Would Love One In The UK"
