"Check in was quick and easy, the room and bathroom were clean, but the pillows were a disgrace. They were worn out and the filling had all separated, they really need replacing. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening, rather strange I thought and there were no facilities to get a drink of any sort, very poor I think, especially when you’re travelling, this really needs looking into, poor customer service. "This hotel was a lovely surprise. Set in its own grounds and set in a nice village, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The hotel is a pleasant mix of old and modern. The bedroom was larger than the normal chaîne hotels, and the restaurant was large and well furnished. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back again."
