"We loved this hotel! It was in a great location, and it was so cute and “California-ish” it had a great waffle restaurant also. We didn’t have time to try the Mexican restaurant but it looked cute. Just wish they had coke instead of Pepsi! We will totally stay here again! "

"My stay at the property was uneventful. Check-in was quick and simple. Room was as expected but the floor had an unique smell. Not bad but definitely not good. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Bed was comfortable and for the price, it was a good stay. "

"The room had a smell that may have come from cigarettes many years ago. We bought a plug in which helped. The room was clean and comfortable. Interesting that it was under an off ramp and near an Amtrak rail line. There was a diner close. Old town was close and great. Interesting people walking close to the motel too. "

"We stay here every summer for the last 5 years. Hidden gem and a nice secret for those who know. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the village and tidepools. There's an Amazon locker at the 7-11 if you need to ship something to yourself "

"Im sure this place is usually calm , but the first impression of this place was pulling up to the back to park, and finding 3 police units arresting a couple of people behind the hotel. Definitely not the best welcoming, the place seems like people stay long term . It was cool i only stayed 1 night so i guess it wasnt as bad."

"The young man who checked us in at night was very nice and friendly. He quickly fixed our keys after they were not responding on our door. The room was clean-ish there was a few hairs in the bathroom floor, and there were some fruit fly gnat looking bug coming from the holes in the sink. Not bad but I did notice them. Overall, it fit our needs but that parking lot is so cramped. Be aware if you drive a pickup or large suv. They need to bring back breakfast. We would pay more for the option to...
