"I arrived after 10pm and all doors were closed. Had to ask the bar attendant nearby to let me in through back door. Upon checking in through the machine provided in the lobby I was prompted to pay for my stay - I inserted my card but the payment machine display was not working and I could not see what to do. Auch in den Sanitärräumen und im Speisesaal gab es zu wenig natürliche Belüftung. Schade!"
