"I got to the hotel and the receptionist was not aware of my stay but she called her manager who confirmed and told me they don't have the type I booked for but offered to provide me with an alternative. The hotel was undergoing renovation and it was not well kept. The staff and gatemen were very helpful and friendly But my stay was supposed to include breakfast for 2 but the hotel said they would not give any breakfast. The manager was emphatic on this.
