"Terrible company and terrible communication. I tried to get early check in and late check out, but they were not able to confirm anything in the very last moment. They dont care that guests are planning their time, the this company the customer is not imporant only thselves. On the day of arrival i received the code to the keybox on the door to the apartment, but the code to the main entrance arrived almost 2 hours after check in, I asked several times on the whatsapp channel - which is the only...
