"The hotel has been closed for repairs for several weeks. I had travelled for five hours on a tight timeline for an evening reception and was left stranded. I called Expedia and they first argued the booking was cancelled - not so. They also said there was no other accommodation in Skegness that they could book for me. I found a cheaper, similar standard hotel. Now I need anckno they made a gross error, an apology, reimbursement and compensation. "

Witch cost us 350 on top of the money we had paid for that filthy disgusting place they won't shutting down i would not keep pig in that "

"Clean, friendly , very helpful , polite staff ,... Found the front door code key for the lock a bit hit & miss sometimes (don't know if the sensor is old)? . Found the apartment & hotel room nice to have a coffee machine! Also lovely & really nice to have soft Egyptian cotton sheets & two big pillows each.. & very much appreciated the free breakfast selection of croissants cheese & sliced meat!... "Stayed in the big family room on the top floor Sun 11th Feb with my wife, daughter and dog. The room was very clean, huge smart TV, tea/coffee facilities and very spacious! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Lynn, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful.. showed me around all the facilities and showed us how to use the key codes. "Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. "After a last minute trip for my daughters birthday and a quick phone call with John, we booked three rooms. Upon arrival John met us and showed us the rooms and gave us some information about the local area. Rooms were spot on, amazing location and a quality price. As a commuter, I do not often leave feedback as I stop out quite a lot, however the family rooms are amazing and I will be back again with my family!"
