"Have stayed here several times. Quiet, great location, lovely staff."

"Lovely, charming, beautiful boutique hotel and a great location. We loved this place and wish we could have spent a little more time there!"

"The manager was super friendly and helpful. She made and left out cake in the afternoon for guests. Made breakfast early for us as we had a long drive ahead of us. Beautiful property, room and location."

"Excellent stay at Domus hotel. Many thanks to the front desk people who helped over the issue of my late arrival. The property is well kept and the room was exceptionally clean and well eqipped with all I needed for my stay. It is centrally located - the major sights of the city and the shopping and dining areas are at a stone throw. Will deffo stay there again once I am back."

"I like the balcony. I dont like the way the bathroom was built ,the shower area should have been contained because water goes below the toilet and i find it unhygienic. Also no windows and air-conditioning. "

"Das Apartment war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral und ideal, um Luxemburg zu Fuß zu erkunden. Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Brücke sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen."

"This property is a scam no way to contact host for access to apartment no check in info was supplied "

"Really enjoyed my stay, the apartment had everything I needed. Was very clean and comfortable and nice touches with the chocolates. Only negative was I could hear the neighbours in particular rooms quite loudly but this didn’t disturb my night. "

"1. Le scale d’ingresso erano sporche, piene di polvere e di sporcizia di lavorazioni; 2. nell’appartamento quando siamo arrivati non c’era la carta igienica e neanche una bottiglia d’acqua da bere; 3. nel bagno c’era un cesto con degli asciugamani sporchi; 4. e sopratutto, nella camera da letto hanno lasciato la finestra aperta, che non si chiudeva perché rotta. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta."

"The place was clean, good location. Recommended."

"Propre, neuf et bien situé"

"Not a great experience. The management company waited to send the log in instructions until the check in day and, as luck would have it, I had bad phone service that day. They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service. Finally, they called me and gave me the keys to enter the unit, however, this was complicated by the fact that they kept telling me to look in the mailbox (where the keys were...

"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"This room is a scam ran by thieves. We booked to stay only to get a message on the day of travel telling us that the room was unavailable and we couldn't stay there. This meant we had to fine alternative accommodation whilst travelling. As the room wasn't available through no fault of our own we thought we would get a refund but these guys refused to pay and held on to our money. Even after many emails and phone calla with hotels.com they kept ignoring us or refusing to pay. They are not decent...
