"A very poor experience. Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. Nor will you know that, when you phone the hotel, they will sigh in exasperation that you cannot speak German and that they will be pretty rude to you. "Très déçu de cet appartement. Erreur lors de la réservation pas de notre part, ils nous proposent un autre appart' plus cher ou suivant leurs propos "d aller en chercher un autre ailleurs". Fatigués de la route, nous acceptons de payer (encaissement du surplus en liquide donc pas de preuve...)
