"The marina area here was decimated and all the lower floors are being gutted but the upper floors are alright and quite nice. My only ask is that the owners put something on these stair treads into the condos because they are a slip hazard as in the rain they turn into a slide...we almost had someone break an arm falling down because of how slick the stairs get. Otherwise, it was nice, cozy, reasonably well stocked."
