However, past the check-in desk, you were transported 60 years into the past, as you entered the un-remodeled portion of the building. The stairs were old Formica, with a metal railing with yellow paint chipping off, and a burgundy-brown fabric as wallpaper that was sagging in places. "After long journey and flight delays we arrived at Piccolo at 3am. The owner was there to greet us and he was up again at 7am to serve a nice breakfast. "

"Lamezia Terme B&B is a very nice place in central Calabria. Since it was hard to find a place to stay during vacation period, we were happy to stay in the B&B, wich was very uncomplicated. the location is easy to reach and very central but a bit noisy. there is free parking close. Ivana is very nice and there to help with recommendations :) we would recommend it as a starting point to visit the area. thanks a lot!"
