"Near the airport. Clean and cool and a good breakfast buffet."

"the staff was horrible"

"The hotel did not provide room to us they mentioned that they were fully occupied and over booked for the dates I had reserved through Expedia"

"I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. "

"Water in the bathrooms and toilets were not available at all times. Cleanliness was also an issue as all rooms were not properly clean. The ceiling fans were very noisy when on use and was a huge disturbance during the sleep hours"

"The bed was comfortable n room was big . Could do better with cleanliness. Maybe the hotel could check the rooms after it gets clean. Staff were friendly n helpful. Breakfast was ample . Would stay there again and hope management stress on details . "

"The rooms were alright, hot water is available early in the morning. The bathrooms were ok but could've been a bit tidier!! A few roaches and lizards were present but thankfully no bed bugs!! "

"Clean rooms, Staff was helpful. Washrooms were bit small. Mattresses were quite hard, could be more comfortable."

"Located in the city centre, access to shopping and citywide attractions make this property a great value for money"
