"Night time front desk staff was phenomenal, very nice! Housekeeping prior to us arriving didn’t clean the drawers or refrigerator out, had to Throw away food and drink and plastic silverware, and didn’t dust or wipe down any desk/tables, otherwise great stay! Beds are comfortable but comforter was thin and ripped, could stand to have some thicker and not ripped blankets "

"My bathroom was newly renovated and very lovely. I realize this is in the state of renovation. The carpet was quite disgusting in the hallways. The area in the lobby was very nice looking and was well kept and clean."

"We had only four people in our room and only two sets of towels. We also had no sheets/blanket for the pull-out sofa. When we went to the desk for more, they did not have enough and we were given bath mats for hand towels. Also the outlets in the bedside table did not work to charge our phones. It is time to renovate this hotel!!!"

"Ppl were extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean and had all the usual. Hallways and stairs could have been cleaned up a bit but not bad. Had pool pretty much to myself with my son. Good overall for sure. Definitely worth the value."
