"Room's and bathroom need an update, no AC, no coffee maker no fridge, mattress and pillows are old, and the price they ask for 1night is way to much. Zero star rating.... We had to leave early (7:00 am) we could not get a coffee because breakfast was at 7:30........"

"Hotel molto carino con piccolo camping annesso, ristorante e piscina. La struttura sembra ristrutturata recentemente, visto lo stato perfetto degli interni e degli arredi. Noi avevamo una camera doppia all'ultimo piano, spaziosa, con bagno e sauna. Lo stabile è servito da ascensore e la colazione viene servita nella sala ristorante al pianterreno. "Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. As our room had big window to the sun, the room become very hot from late-morning to the late afternoon, 3) The hotel is on the main road which is not show on the main picture - not too much noise, but trucks are there early morning. "+ Great hotel to stay for ski trip in close Madonna Campiglio ski complex. Excellent and vary breakfast (both sweet and savory products). Free parking on-site. - Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. This means that the extra fee looked as irrational."
