"Located in an area with high poverty, so expect to see desperate poor/unhoused folks. The hotel is reasonable priced & clean. I stay hear every time I come to Sacramento and I have always had a pleasant stay."

"This property was clean and check-in was courteous and efficient. The property was good for a 1 nite stay over after a long day of driving. "

"Initially my family was placed in a room that had a bed that was not comfortable and the mattress had a terrible sink in it. I spoke with one of the front desk personnel (I forgot to get her name) and she said she would let me know when one of the other rooms was cleaned but she did not, later that day when I returned from my days activity, I spoke with April who promptly addressed my needs. Thank you April"
